The chestnut tree belongs to the Fagaceae family and has approximately twelve species. Known for its longevity, these trees stand out with species that can live up to 4,000 years as a miracle of nature. This versatile tree, used not only for its fruits but also for timber and honey production, makes significant contributions to the economy and ecosystem.
In Turkey, chestnut trees are mostly grown in the Black Sea Region. The rocky slopes and cold soils in this region provide ideal conditions for chestnut trees to grow quickly. Known for their high durability, chestnut trees easily adapt to difficult climate and soil conditions.

Chestnuts, the delicious gift of the autumn season, have a special place in kitchens by being consumed in many different ways such as roasting, boiling, candy, flour, cake and food garnish. Our quality chestnuts with ideal dimensions are 2.5 cm wide and 15-20 grams in weight and are meticulously processed in a way that preserves the traditional flavor concept.
The smaller “lamb chestnut” types are evaluated in their own special category. Our grafted and qualified chestnuts grown in the fertile lands of Turkey, especially in the Ödemiş, Nazilli, Kiraz, Bozdağ and Beydağ regions, stand out with their naturalness and quality. Marrons (confectioner's chestnut), the most suitable variety for export, are processed in accordance with international standards and offered to world markets. Chestnuts are classified in calibrated machines according to their sizes (from the largest size of 40-45 to the smallest size of 100+), wiped and selected, and processed under hygienic conditions. According to customer demand, it is packaged and exported in different quantities from 1 kg to 1000 kg using Big Bag, jute bag or net packaging.
